Description: This is the first free yoga class of a three-part series that is focused on the feet to help find a greater sense of balance and grounding on the earth. We spend so much time on our feet throughout the day and it is important to be aware of how we are using our feet and how they affect our alignment and stability.
This section of the series includes a centering meditation, stretches and movements to access the muscles that line the arch of the foot, and a warm-up sequence to explore the feet in motion.
